Onan is an Academic Librarian and the College Librarian for CAES. He is a published researcher with interests in Agriculture Information Management Systems, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI & Bioinformatics. He has participated in the implementation of several projects at Makerere University. He has a BSc, MSc & is currently pursuing his doctoral degree.
