Mrs Tusingwire Sylvia

Mrs Sylvia Tusingwire Ngarabirano is Library Clerk working in International Development Agency (IDA) Section (Extension). She has joined Makerere University Service in September 2009 and has worked in various sections of the Library. She started her career from Veterinary Medicine Library for 7 years, Reference Section, Law Section and then IDA Sections. She is particularly an expert in user services information needs identification, shelving and shelf reading.
