Mr. Karamagi R.M. Joseph

Mr. Karamagi R.M. Joseph is Library Clerk posted at the Book Bank Section of the Main Library. He was first appointed as Security Guard in the Security Department of Makerere University. He was then transferred as an Office Messenger in the Department of Paediatric and Child Health at the College of Health Science. Thereafter, he went for further studies and graduated with a certificate in Library & Information Science from EASLIS in 2006.

He was then appointed as a Library Assistant in 2004 and posted to the College of Education and External Studies. He was the transferred to the Main Library in 2009 and posted to the Book Bank Section. Due to the salary harmonization the title of Library Assistant was changed to Library Clerk, thus his current title.
