Joseph Nsobya is the head of the Environment Library. He holds a Masters of Science and Information Science degree (2003-2005) from Makerere University and Bachelor of Library and Information Science degree (1999-2002) from Makerere University. Areas of specialization are in Information Literacy, organization and reference services.
