Ms Atino Esther Odur is an Assistant Administrative Officer with a Postgraduate Diploma in Procurement and supply chain management, a Bachelor in Procurement and Logistics Management, a Higher diploma in Hotel Management & Institutional Catering, a Certificate in Strategic Procurement & Logistic Management, and Certificate in Quality Customer Care.

Currently employed with Makerere University as an Assistant Administrative Officer. She has over two decades of experience with Procurement & Disposal Unit of Makerere University, University Guest House, Pan African Women Liberation Organization, was a Supervisor at Hotel Equatoria & Regency Hotel in Kampala.

She was award best performing staff of the year 2002 of Hotel Equatoria, and best performing worker at the Donor Conference at Makerere University in line of Customer Service.
