Dr. Caroline Ilako is a College Librarian currently Head of the College Library of Computing & Information Sciences. She has a PhD in Information Science, Master of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor Library and Information Science. She has two decades of extensive work experience in information services including working in Law Library & IDA Sections, Records & Information Management of Makerere University Administration and Nkumba University. She is highly skilled in aiding students, faculty, and the public with research using reference materials. Proficient at using databases to perform digital analysis. Adept at organising and professionally displaying books, periodicals, maps, and other collection items. Proven track record of managing extensive collections of public resources and experienced information expert with impeccable organisational and documentation skills.
