Kwetuma Perezi

Kwetuma Perezi is a Library Clerk at Makerere University Library from July 1, 2014 – Present. He has a Certificate in Computer Networking and has gained interest in information counseling and seeking behaviors of user which made him enrolled for Diploma in Guidance and Counseling, Bachelor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Masters in Organizational Psychology, and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology (Ongoing).

He believes in the transformative power of education and information access in fostering personal and societal development. And deeply committed to fostering environments where individuals and organizations thrive symbiotically. My philosophy is anchored in the belief that the well-being of employees is paramount to organizational success. I strive to create workplaces that are not only productive but also nurturing, inclusive, and ethically sound.
