Macroeconomics Conference Addresses Opportunities and Challenges of Digital Payment Systems

On 8^th May 2025, the School of Economics under the College of Business and Management Sciences (COBAMS) hosted the Macroeconomics of digital payment system conference at Makerere University. The conference was organised in collaboration with the Bank of Uganda
(BOU) and International Growth Centre (IGC), to promote use of digital financial services.
